Emerald Coast Green Smoothie
Makes 2 8oz. Smoothies
2c. So Delicious Coconut Milk Frozen Yogurt (Vanilla Bean)
2c. Frozen or Fresh Mango, cubed
2c. Spinach
Half of an Avocado
Juice of 1 small Lime This smoothie is the bomb for several reasons, so be sure to add it to your repertoire.
• Coconut Frozen Yogurt is soy free, and also dairy free making this smoothie a great vegan choice.
• Mangoes are a great source of vitamins A and C, and also have been found to have properties that prevent cancer.
• Spinach is rich in folate, iron, antioxidants, and vitamins and minerals that contribute to anti-aging and great skin.
• Avocados are high in fiber, they lower cholesterol, and have more potassium than a banana.
• Limes are great source of vitamin C. They also have been found to prevent food borne illnesses and aid in weight management and healthy skin.
Side note: Do you remember those cute straws I told you I scored at Target for one dollar?! ——> BAM!! I like my smoothies with the consistency of milkshakes, don’t judge me. You can always use 2 cups of coconut milk, or coconut Greek yogurt, with a handful of ice to replace the frozen yogurt.

Thank you! It’s been awhile since we’ve been back home. But this smoothie always takes me back to that place when love was new!
How gorgeous that beach looks! <3 I like my smoothies thick like a milkshake too, and this one looks so nutritious!
